Carrie Catherine is a prairie chanteuse and soulful songwriter. Her imaginative live show is full of surprises, featuring percussionist Hal Schrenk who entertains the audience with inventive instrumentation (including a guitar case, shovel, and hockey puck!) This year, Carrie is promoting her new album Wilderness, recorded in Nashville with producer Colin Linden. She was a winner at the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival¹s songwriting competition; and her songs have been heard on tv¹s Joan of Arcadia, Beautiful People, and the Food Network. When not on the road, Carrie presents a vibrant house concert series in The Hayloft, a renovated grocery store.
